Patent Pending. These brackets are designed for NCV3 and VS30 Sprinter high roof vans with OEM roof rails 51.875" apart. These towers may also work with other panels on other vehicles. Please contact us for help with your specific application. Two tower brackets and all hardware are included with each kit. 2 kits are required for one panel. One additional kit is needed for attaching each subsequent panels forming one large array of multiple panels. See layout image.
If you do not have the Mercedes OEM roof rails we now have a Spacer pad that will accept our Tower brackets. See this listing. Pair of Spacer Pads
These tower brackets will make it possible to mount panels that are between 46" and 52" in length directly to the OEM roof rails without using crossbars. They will clear a Fiamma awning. The brackets are mounted to the underside of the panel with 1/4-20 stainless button head cap screws (included). It is necessary to drill 9/32 - 5/16" diameter holes in the bottom flange of the panel. This does not void the warranty of the panel. Sliders and hardware needed to mount the brackets to the OEM roof rail is also included.
Please contact us for help with your application. In some cases, we can provide a CAD layout to help plan out panel locations and maintain clearance with other components.
Hardware to attach these to the panel is included. The towers are available in clear hard anodized and black hard anodized. Some fading may occur due to sun exposure.
