Patent Pending. Clip and pad attachment kit for Full size Promaster vans. This kit can be used to attach roof rails, our 8020 towers to the 'nail heads' on top of the van. Each kit comes with 2 stainless steel clips with 5/16-18 threaded studs (3" spacing), 2 CNC machined pads that fit the plate around the posts, 4 stainless steel nuts and 4 stainless steel washers.

We highly recommend solid aluminum strut channel rather than steel slotted. It's lighter and easier to paint then plated steel. Drill 3/8
diameter holes in the correct locations to match up to the positions of the clips on the van. If using slotted channel it is possible that you will need to enlarge the slots in the strut just a to make them fit.

20 ft solid 1.625 square aluminum strut from Fastenal 48582
10 ft solid 1.625 square aluminum strut from Fastenal 48574
